What is Longevity Paris?

Longevity Paris is a free, science based community for anyone who believes how you live matters as much as how long you live. Paris has a centuries-old art de vivre, plus serious scientific weight in the Institut Pasteur, the Sorbonne, and a fast growing health-tech scene. This chapter of the Longevity Cities network takes that sensibility and sharpens it with evidence.

We run regular free meetups, expert talks, and hands on workshops on biological age, nutrition, biohacking, sleep, and recovery. The crowd spans researchers, clinicians, founders, and curious newcomers who have realized the French art of living and the science of longevity point in the same direction. No gatekeeping, no guru culture, no fees. Just honest, science based conversations about what actually works, and a community that shows up. Paris already knows how to live well. We help it do so for as long as possible.
