Philosophy

Daily Routine

Longevity is the art of living well for a long time. Science helps us get there. My newest personal longevity ritual is taking many daily walks with my new puppy, and training her. My philosophy lies at the intersection of finding beauty, purpose, meaning into how we live our day to day. From the way we nourish and move our body, how we take care of our mind and emotions, how we connect with others and contribute. My goal is not to extend years in my life, but expand the life in my days and help others do the same.
