I have long been influenced by Stoicism—the idea that a good life comes from focusing on what we can control and letting go of what we cannot. To me, wellbeing is not about forcing change, but about cultivating awareness, balance, and small, consistent actions. The way we breathe, respond to stress, and move through daily transitions—these “mini practices” quietly shape how we feel and live. This belief led me and my co-founders to build ZenoWell. We wanted to make neuroscience truly wearable, seamlessly integrated into everyday life. Through vagus nerve stimulation and data-driven personalization, we are building more than a device—we are creating an AI-powered ecosystem that connects sleep, stress, digestion, and movement. ZenoWell reflects my conviction that real change is gentle, continuous, and grounded in biology—helping us feel better, live more fully, and reconnect with ourselves, others, and nature.
