Recover Society Frankfurt is a technology-driven longevity and recovery hub on the 6th floor of the Roomers Hotel at Gutleutstrasse 85. It combines hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), cold plunge, photobiomodulation (red light), heat and breathwork into three guided routines: Re:gain (60 min) for physical regeneration, Re:charge (90 min) for stress and nervous-system support, and Re:glow (150 min) for skin and vitality. Medical add-ons such as NAD+ and IV drips are offered via partner physicians. Facilities include a spa, changing rooms and a drip lounge. A guided introductory session costs 50 euros, and memberships are available.
