PD Dr. Dr. med. Dominik Duscher is an Austrian-born specialist in plastic and aesthetic surgery, scientist, bestselling author and entrepreneur. He trained at the Medical University of Vienna, University College London and Harvard Medical School, completed a postdoctoral fellowship in stem cell biology and regenerative medicine at Stanford University, and habilitated at the Technical University of Munich in 2020. He is founder and director of the Longevity Center Munich and Chief Scientific Officer of Tomorrowlabs.

The Longevity Center Munich, founded and directed by Dominik Duscher, is described as Europe's first clinic for institutionalized longevity medicine. It translates findings from aging and regenerative medicine research into preventive, personalized medical care. The center is based in Munich, Germany.

Dominik Duscher's research focuses on optimizing cell function in aging and diabetes, with emphasis on regenerative mechanisms and translational applications. A key theme is stem cell dysfunction in aging: how stem cells lose regenerative capacity over time and how that cascades through the organism. He has published more than 160 scientific papers with over 8,200 citations (h-index 48) and holds several patents.

Dominik Duscher co-authored "Altern wird heilbar" ("Aging Will Become Curable", 2020) with journalist Nina Ruge. The book presents current findings from cell research on three core cellular competencies: cell renewal, cellular detoxification and stabilization of energy production. It became a Spiegel bestseller shortly after publication, and a companion practice book followed in 2021.

Tomorrowlabs GmbH is a biotech company co-founded by Dominik Duscher in 2016 that develops skin and hair regeneration products based on the HSF (HIF strengthening factor) technology, building on his research into hypoxia-inducible factor in wound healing. Duscher serves as the company's Chief Scientific Officer.
